Digital Product Return Policy

Unless otherwise stated, we offer full refunds for all digital product purchases made on the Site up to the disbursement of the digital product. For example, an upgraded ticket to a virtual event is fully refundable up to the event start date. After the event start date of July 26, 2020, refunds are no longer available.

To request a refund, customers must contact us by emailing virtual@holisticholidayatsea.com, by a contact form, or by our social media accounts. Please put “Refund” in the subject and give us the email address you used with your purchase for a full refund.

Hard Product Return Policy

If a hard copy product sold by HOLISTIC HOLIDAY AT SEA arrives in damaged condition, please email us immediately at virtual@holisticholidayatsea.com to notify us of the problem, so we can send you a replacement. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 day return policy. Returned items must be returned in full, postmarked for return within 30 days of postmarked shipment to customer, and must include original packing slip, or return will not be valid. Upon return receipt, customers will receive a full refund on purchase price, minus seller shipping costs. For the Holistic Holiday at Home (HHAH) event, the physical products are valued at $50, and any physical product refunds will be refunded at this amount. Buyer is responsible for return shipment of all hard copy refunds.

Definition Of One Year Access

“One Year” is defined as the period of time between the end of our annual event and the beginning of the same event the next year. This period is approximately a calendar year but is not guaranteed as 365 days from time of purchase. If the event, product, or membership is ever discontinued, we have no responsibility to continue providing those services to the user. The user also agrees that all services were fully delivered on a satisfactory basis.

Special Offers & Discount Codes

From time to time, HOLISTIC HOLIDAY AT SEA may offer discount codes to be used on its websites. These offers are frequently disseminated through this website and/or emails to registered users. Special offers may also be posted on the Site or announced via other means of communication including but not limited to online broadcasts, social media platforms, affiliate marketing, and various online mediums.

We encourage our clients to redeem these special offers, but we respectfully ask that you do not exploit them. HOLISTIC HOLIDAY AT SEA, at our sole discretion, will determine if all purchasing criteria has been met to qualify for stated discount or free product. If you successfully circumvent the software safeguards of our websites in order to receive multiple free products with your order, we reserve the right to remove any extraneous free product(s) from your order, or to cancel the order in its entirety. You will be informed of any order changes via the contact information listed with your order.

This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of HOLISTIC HOLIDAY AT SEA and our respective assigns, successors, heirs, and legal representatives. Neither this Agreement nor any rights hereunder may be assigned without the prior written consent of HOLISTIC HOLIDAY AT SEA. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all rights and obligations under this Agreement may be freely assigned by HOLISTIC HOLIDAY AT SEA to any affiliated entity or any of its wholly owned subsidiaries.

Class Action Waiver

You may only resolve disputes with us on an individual basis, and may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or a class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action. Class arbitrations, class actions, private attorney general actions, and consolidation with other arbitrations aren’t allowed.

The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a class or representative proceeding or claims (such as a class action, consolidated action or private attorney general action) unless all relevant parties specifically agree to do so following initiation of the arbitration.

Severability

If any clause within these Terms of Service (other than the Class Action Waiver clause above) is found to be illegal or unenforceable, that clause will be severed from these Terms of Service, and the remainder of these Terms of Service will be given full force and effect. If the Class Action Waiver clause is found to be illegal or unenforceable, this entire Provision will be unenforceable and the dispute will be decided by a court.
